Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is collected, used, stored and protected when you use the website and connected services (together, the "Platform") operated by SporLens ("SporLens", "we"; an individually operated platform). By using the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted the practices described in this policy. 2. Data We Collect

The following categories of data are collected through the Platform:

• Account information: The e-mail address and password you provide when creating an account. Your password is never stored in plain text; only an irreversible cryptographic digest (hash) is kept.
• Session and security records: Login dates/times, session identifiers and IP address records. These records are kept to secure your account and to detect unauthorized access.
• Usage telemetry: Aggregated usage data such as which pages are viewed and which features are used. This data is used to improve the Platform.
• Telegram link identifier: If you choose to use the Telegram notification feature, the Telegram user ID required to pair your account with your Telegram account. This link is entirely optional.

No payments are taken through the Platform; therefore, financial data such as credit card or bank details is not collected or stored by us.

3. Purposes for Which We Use Data

• To create your membership account, verify your identity and manage your session,
• To track your 7-day free trial and premium access entitlements,
• To send notifications via Telegram upon your request,
• To ensure the security of the Platform and prevent misuse and unauthorized access,
• To measure service quality and improve the Platform,
• To fulfil our legal obligations.

Your data is not sold or rented to third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Platform uses strictly necessary cookies to keep your session active and to remember basic preferences. These cookies are required for the service to function. You may delete or block cookies in your browser settings; however, in that case core functions such as signing in may not work.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers hosted on the infrastructure of Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). Technical and administrative measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and password hashing are applied to prevent unauthorized access to your data. Your account data is retained for the duration of your membership; session and IP records are retained for a limited period for security purposes. 6. Sharing with Third Parties

Your personal data is shared only with the hosting provider strictly necessary for delivering the service, with the Telegram platform if you opt in to Telegram notifications, and with authorized public institutions and bodies where there is a lawful request, to the extent permitted by the applicable legislation. It is not shared with any other third party.

7. Your Rights

You have the rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK, including the right to access, rectify and erase your data and to object to its processing. If you wish to delete your account and the associated personal data, you may contact us by e-mail. 8. Children's Privacy

The Platform is intended solely for users aged 18 and over. Accounts that we determine to belong to persons under 18, and the associated data, are deleted.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. In the event of material changes, the current text is published on this page and the "Last updated" date is revised. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
