Terms of Use and Membership Agreement

1. Parties and Subject Matter

This Terms of Use and Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") is concluded electronically between SporLens (sole proprietorship) [Company Title] ("SporLens") and the user who becomes a member of the SporLens website and connected services (the "Platform") (the "Member"), for the purpose of governing the terms of use of the Platform. By creating an account, you declare that you have read and accepted this Agreement.

2. Description of the Service

SporLens is a statistics and analysis platform providing match, team and player statistics, historical performance data, odds comparisons and data-driven analyses relating to football and other sports. All content on the Platform is for informational purposes. SporLens is not a betting site; no bets can be placed, no betting slips can be created and no betting transactions are brokered through the Platform.

3. Membership and Free Trial

• Membership is created with an e-mail address and password. The Member undertakes that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
• New memberships may access the Platform's premium features under a 7-day free trial starting from the registration date.
• At the end of the trial period, premium access continues only when a valid access code is applied to the account; the trial period does not automatically convert into a paid membership.
• The account is personal; the Member is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all actions carried out through the account. Sharing the account with third parties is prohibited.

4. Premium Access and Payment

• Premium access is granted by applying an access code provided by SporLens to the account, and is valid for the period covered by the code.
• No online payments are taken through the Platform. Payment is made outside the site and manually, following contact established via info@sporlens.com; the access code is applied after payment.
• Access codes are personal; they may not be transferred, duplicated or sold to third parties.

5. Refund and Withdrawal Conditions

• Within 14 days of the access code being applied to their account, the Member may exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason and request a refund of the payment, provided that they have not actually started using the premium access covered by the code.
• Starting to use premium access (accessing premium content) means that performance of the digital content has begun, and the right of withdrawal ends from that moment.
• Refund requests are concluded within a reasonable period, depending on the payment method used.
• Refund and withdrawal requests are submitted to info@sporlens.com.

6. Account Deletion

The Member may request deletion of their account at any time. The request is made by a message sent to info@sporlens.com from the e-mail address registered to the account. When the account is deleted, personal data, except for records that must be retained by law, is deleted within the periods specified in the KVKK Disclosure Notice. The conditions in Section 5 apply to any unused premium access period.

8. Age Requirement

The Platform is open only to persons who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, the Member declares that they are over 18. Accounts of members found to be under 18 are closed without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual and industrial property rights in the software, designs, trademarks, logos, compiled data sets, analysis models and content on the Platform belong to SporLens or its licensors. Except for personal use, the content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, collected by automated means (scraping, etc.) or used for commercial purposes without SporLens's written permission.

10. Usage Rules and Suspension

The Member may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to circumvent security measures, or engage in actions that disrupt the operation of the Platform. In the event of a breach of these rules, SporLens reserves the right to suspend or terminate the membership without prior notice.

11. Right to Amend

SporLens reserves the right to change the scope and features of the Platform and this Agreement. The current text is published on this page and the "Last updated" date is revised. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the Agreement; the right of members qualifying as consumers to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts of their place of residence is reserved.
