Premium access code
After the 7-day free trial, premium access costs 250 TL per month and is activated with an access code. No payments are taken on the site; to get a code, simply write to info@sporlens.com from the e-mail address registered to your account. The process and payment steps are provided by e-mail.
Account and data requests
You can also use the same address for account deletion, applications under the KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) concerning your personal data, and refund/withdrawal requests. Sending your request from the e-mail address registered to your account speeds up verification.
What we ask you to include
- The e-mail address registered to your account,
- The subject of your request (premium code, refund, account deletion, data question, etc.),
- The relevant match, page or screenshot, if any.
